BORDENTOWN STREET FAIR RULES & REGULATIONS BE SURE TO PRINT ALL PAGES |
| 1. Only handmade articles will be allowed to be exhibited. No costume jewelry or manufactured items allowed. ITEMS TO BE REMOVED WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE STREET FAIR COMMITTEE. |
| 2. Photos of exhibits must accompany all applications. The photos will be kept and attached to your application. If you would like them returned, please include a self-addressed envelope. |
| 3. Exhibitors are responsible for their own tables, set-ups for their 15 foot space and breakdown each evening. Canopies or umbrellas are permitted, but must not extend beyond the table or create a hazard for pedestrians. Merchandise must not extend beyond the outside of the booth. |
| 4. Applications are due by March 1, 2011. No applications will be accepted after the deadline unless additional space is available. |
| 5. The Street Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse any application that is deemed unsuitable for the show |
| 6. The Street Fair is limited to closed off area only, with 150 spaces available. |
| 7. If your application is not accepted, your fee and photographs will be returned. Please make sure that you include a Self-addressed Stamped Envelope with your application |

| 9. You must have your New Jersey Sales Tax Certificate with you both days |
| 10. If the show is called on Saturday, at the discretion of the Street fair Committee, due to weather, the show will be held on Sunday. |
| 11. No loud radios are allowed. Generators are not permitted on Farnsworth Avenue. |
| 12. Spaces for food selling are available for nonprofit organizations and are assigned on the first come basis. No individuals are eligible. Limited spaces supplying electricity for food spaces are available. Contact the Chamber office. |
| 13. The Street Fair Committee reserves the right to approve the sale of any particular food or beverage so there is no duplication among nonprofit organizations. |
| 14. Anyone selling food and using a grill MUST have a fire extinguisher on site at all times and conform to all State fire and health codes. |
| 15. No solicitation is allowed. Brochures for nonprofit organizations may be made available on their table. |
| 16. Set-up time is from 7AM to 9AM. Please unload onto the sidewalk and remove your car to the off street parking areas. Then SET-UP. |
| 17. Cars will be allowed back on the street after 4 PM. Break down routine must be as follows: Storage containers, which should be kept at your site, will be packed and placed on the curb. You may then retrieve your vehicle once the police re-open the street. This is to avoid traffic congestion on Farnsworth Avenue. |

19. TRAFFIC PATTERNS: All Traffic
Must Enter at Crosswicks Street Each Morning!! a. Green enters at Crosswicks Street Exit West on Federal Street b Pink enters Crosswicks Street. Exit Municipal (located between Niles and East Church Street on the right hand side) c. Yellow enters at Park Street. Exit on Railroad Avenue d. Blue enters at Crosswicks Street. Exit onto Prince Street. |

20. The City of Bordentown is a very
active community. Residents and Merchants utilize Farnsworth Avenue. We must, therefore, clear the street after 5:15 PM and allow the residents to move their cars back into the area. You cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. |
| 21. Entrance tags MUST be displayed from your rear view mirror to gain entrance to the Fair. |

22. No dumping of coolers or
containers of liquid will be permitted due to damaging other Crafters merchandise. |

23. For the purpose of the Street
Fair, Merchants are defined as the owners or renters of any establishment with a store fronting on Farnsworth Avenue, or any merchants of the Northern Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. If applications are not received by the deadline of March 1, 2011, the space in front of your business will be filled! Requests received after March 1, will be honored on a space available basis. This includes members and non-members. |

24. Merchants and Chamber members
must only sell items normally sold from their stores or line of business. NO EXCEPTIONS! |

25. The Street fair Committee
reserves the right to prohibit any exhibitor or organization participating in the Street Fair if they do not follow the above rules and regulations. |
